How do I send my image for customization?

Scanned images work best, but a high quality photo will usually work. Make sure the image size is at least the actual size and 300 DPI. If using a photo make sure there is no glare or shadow and that the image is not at an angle. Send a jpg or pdf to [email protected]
If the recipe or handwriting is so worn it is difficult to read, a digital tracing of the writing could be done for an extra fee. Please reach out ahead of ordering if you have questions about the image quality.

Are images in color?

All image transfers on pottery go on in grayscale and fire to a sepia tone (brownish like an antique photo). We do not offer full color transfers at this time.

Are your plates plastic or ceramic?

All our pottery is restaurant quality ceramic. Each item is food safe along with being oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. 

How long will it take to get my custom pottery?

Custom pottery typically takes 5-10 days to create once images have been received. Times can vary during busy holiday seasons. Due to the custom nature and firing process, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but every effort is made to get your pottery to you by the dates requested.

Will I receive a proof for my custom pottery?

If edits are needed or requested, a proof will be sent to your email after purchase but before firing. If we do not hear back about the proof within 48 hours, we will go ahead and make the item (unless we need clarification). Good communication is appreciated!

What are Fine Art Giclee Prints?

A giclee print is the highest quality of art print and the closest to the original work of art. They are produced by a professional printer using archival paper and ink and are considered museum quality.

Our goal is to create beautiful keepsakes and gifts, and to keep customers coming back again and again. Please reach out via email if there are any issues with your order. Every effort is made to securely pack your order, but occasionally accidents happen in transit. 
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email to report the damage & retain all items and packing materials until the issue has been resolved.
Custom orders cannot be returned, but damaged items will be replaced once proof is provided for an insurance claim. 
All other orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery to the return address on the package. Items must be in original condition.
